G-RO SIX Setup Lock and Reset Lock

So I’m getting a lot of questions about this, especially since G-RO has gone out of business. Here is how to Setup initially your TSA Approved Lock for your G-RO SIX Carry-on Luggage or if you’ve already set it and forgot it, then you can see how to reset it here.

Unfortunately, they put the reset button on the inside so if you are locked out, you will have to go to a local TSA Office and have them open it.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Initially, the G-RO SIX will open when the TSA lock combination is set to “0–0–0”. To set your own combination, carefully follow steps 1–5

Step 1: Open the SIX (see below for instructions). Make sure your environment has adequate lighting.

Step 2: With the bag open, locate the backplate of the lock on the inside of the SIX as illustrated in the picture and video.

Step 3: you will find a small metal lever, set at point A. Push it to the side and upwards to point B.

Step 4: With the lever positioned at point B, turn the dials to set your new personal combination.
